Reservations

The options included in the details of the Reservation, are compulsorily fulfilled by the undertaker, and may, however, be altered with mutual agreement between the contracting party and the contracted undertaker, with a consequent alteration in price, and without any liability on the part of the Platform. For the Platform will be valid only the value of the Reservation initially made, before any alteration.

Service

After your Reservation you will immediately receive a detailed proof of the same, via e-mail. The funeral director will contact the customer immediately and will be responsible for the execution and processing of all documentation necessary for the provision of the service, including social security, situation and place of death, flowers, lifting of the body, treatment of the same and other details contracted. The costs inherent in the service of Church, Chapel, Masses, or other religious will be treated as "Extras" and directly with the Agency responsible for the service. Extras

The customer may also, if he wishes, add extra services or products to the reservation, which will be paid directly to the contracted funeral agent.

Cancellation

Cancellation of reservations by customers will be treated in accordance to the cancellation policies duly informed at the time of booking. Please also check the Terms and Conditions of the platform.
All cancellation charges will be handled between the customer and the agents. You may cancel your booking free of charge until such time as the agent has not initiated the service (confirmation in your email of initiated service). 
Cancellations made by customers before the date and time, (read 4 hours after the reservation made and received), beyond which no penalty for cancellation is applied, import for the agent the obligation to return in full to the customer, the values already transacted; 
For cancellations made by the customer after the date and time described (read 4 hours after the booking made and received), a penalty will be applied on the amount transacted, per cancellation, to the customer, under the following terms:
- Penalty of 5% in situations of full payment of the total reservation value;
- To this value a further 5% may be added, in case there are raw materials involved;
- Penalty of 20% of the total reservation value in situations of partial payment;
- The agent will have the obligation to return the remainder to the client; A further 5% may be added to these penalties, on other values, provided that, at the time of cancellation, there are already raw materials involved.

Payment conditions

The payment of the services will be made according to the payment conditions foreseen in the situations proposed by each Agency and duly explained in the respective Reservation. For any further clarification, please consult the general terms and conditions on the platform.

Payments of account and client's order

These quotes do NOT include payments on account and order of the client (religious emoluments, Cemetery fees, necessary certificates etc). Air transport is not included. Please check the terms and conditions of the platform.

Types of payment

ATM and credit card payments are accepted.
