NEW DATA PROTECTION REGIME
Special Obligations of the Platform |
1.In addition to the other obligations set out in the law, the Platform shall be subject to the following obligations:
a) Either during the term of the contract, or after its termination, and for a period of two years, it shall keep absolute secrecy about any information or knowledge of a technical, business or other nature, acquired, necessarily or involuntarily, during the contractual relationship or because of it, concerning the agency and/or florist as well as the Manufacturers and Distributors and also Customers - Consumer, that relate to it;
b) The platform, during the validity of the present contract, or after its termination, recognizes and accepts the prohibition to make any reproductions, copies, modifications, public communications, distribution or any other type of cession, free or onerous, of any documents, publications, information contained in databases, in the "extranet", in any type of internal communication or in the computer networks, or any other intellectual material belonging or relating to the AGENT, MANUFACTURER, DISTRIBUTOR and CUSTOMER, unless previously authorized in writing by them.

1. The Interveners identified above expressly acknowledge that the Platform, is used solely for the purposes of management and publicity, dissemination, marketing and purchase of their products and services, permitted by law, for which reason it will collect and hold personal and institutional data relating to their person and/or company, namely, full identification, address, references, bank details and mandatory records strictly necessary for the purposes intended; The Agents identified herein shall be entitled to access this information under the applicable legal terms.
2. These Agents accept and give their consent to the platform for the processing by it of the data described above (natural or legal), for management purposes or other purposes permitted by law, and, where necessary, to make this information available to third parties, service providers, public bodies and any other entities, under the legal terms.
3. Agents consent, in particular, to the collection, recording and integration into databases, organization, conservation, adaptation, alteration, recovery, consultation, use, deletion and communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, including the possibility of comparison and interconnection.
