Funeral Booking respects your preferences regarding the collection and use of your Personal Data.

Funeral Booking respects your preferences regarding the processing of Personal Data it collects. This Policy ("Policy") lets you know how Funeral Booking collects and uses your Personal Data, how you can control its use, and describes our practices regarding information collected on other Group websites that link to or reference this Policy (such as websites, software applications, social media, and electronic messaging), as well as offline marketing and sales activities (collectively, "Communication Channels").

We collect information about you when you register on our website or fill out our online forms.

And also the data for booking purposes, such as, name of the deceased, service/buyer, dates, location, total pre-payment, total to pay, confirmation of completed work, rating. The platform also allows a history of the services performed, with the following data, Reservation No., agency name, address, city, zip code, fax, phone. Type of products, buyer name, email, address, city, postal code, cell phone, phone, date of purchase, total pre-payment, date of pre-payment, total to be paid, name of the deceased, date of funeral, work started, work completed, service paid in full, service rating, positive comments, negative comments. The data in the bereavement support in Google Forms, such as, Funeral Booking contact (email, IBAN/SWIFT, funeral booking direct contact), name, presentation, specialties, health insurance, languages, consultation values, pack values, type of consultations, city, email, phone, cell phone, Facebook link, Instagram link, Linkedin link, photo, company name, nipc, address, town, zip code, represented in this act by.

By providing your personal data, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of it in accordance with the rules set forth herein.

We ask you not to send or share with Funeral Booking any sensitive personal information such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data, health data or data relating to sex life or sexual orientation.

Funeral Booking only accepts registrations from users who are at least 16 years old. The Organization's Communication Channels are not directed to underage users. If you know of any registration made by a minor, please notify us of this fact so that we can proceed immediately to remove the registration of the same.

The recipients or categories of recipients of your Personal Data depending on the contact tool you use are the providers of the services or products requested and Funeral Booking.
