The National Association of Funeral Companies, in order to provide first-hand access to members to new tools and innovations that come to the funeral industry, will receive at the headquarters, North and South delegations and also in Coimbra, the presentation of the platform 'Funeral Booking'.

Recently made known, and about to be launched on the market, this technology solution brings to the funeral industry new trends in the relationship between customer and supplier, based on online platforms where the transaction takes place, and where the recommendation and rating of each supplier, given by each customer, is crucial to the decision of the buyer of the service.

The 'Funeral Booking' is a solution that, at any time, anywhere, with a simple click, from any fixed or mobile device, allows intuitively, that the final customer find the ideal solution regarding the provision of funeral services and florists, with guaranteed quality, security, transparency and speed.

The 'Funeral Booking' created an innovative concept, providing a service of online supply and demand in the funeral industry, which aims to promote transparency and access to all relevant information to the final consumer, preserving the respect, ethics and dignity of this area and all who are directly or indirectly involved.

This platform allows you to view, select and book funeral services and products, provided by funeral parlors and florists in their own pages of their responsibility and exclusive management.

The advantages for funeral homes are several and include the possibility of expanding in the market, allowing greater liquidity and direct transactions between consumer and company, greater organization, data management control and human resources, promotion and advertising on the website, total business monitoring with results analysis and secure access with high quality standards.

The presentations will take place at the Northern Delegation headquarters on May 17th, followed by Coimbra (R. Dr. Manuel Rodrigues, 25) on May 24th, the Southern Delegation on May 31st and the last presentation session will take place at ANEL's headquarters in Lisbon on June 7th. The presentations always take place on Fridays, at 5pm.
